ALPENGLOW is a decentralized GPU compute network on Solana. The ALPEN Node software and the alpenglow.xyz website ("Services") are operated by ALPENGLOW Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the limited ways we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Wallet address. When you connect Phantom or Solflare we receive your Solana public key. We do not request, store, or have access to your private key or seed phrase.
- On-chain activity. ALPEN earnings, stake, slashing events, and inference receipts are public data on the Solana blockchain. We surface them in our UI but do not control them.
- Node telemetry. The ALPEN Node reports GPU model, driver version, uptime, and TEE/ZK/OPML attestation status so the network can route work and calculate the correct reward multiplier.
- Site analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying usage data (page views, referrers, country-level region) to improve the product.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or government IDs to use the protocol.
- We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or signing material.
- We do not read, log, or retain the model inputs or outputs of inference jobs running inside your TEE.
3. How we use information
- To route inference jobs to suitable GPUs and calculate ALPEN rewards.
- To detect fraud, multi-account abuse, or attempts to spoof attestations.
- To improve the ALPEN Node software, dashboard, and documentation.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited information only with infrastructure providers required to run the Services (hosting, RPC, error monitoring) under standard contractual protections, and as required by law.
5. Your choices
- You can disconnect your wallet from the site at any time. The site stops associating activity with your address.
- You can stop the ALPEN Node to halt telemetry from your machine.
- On-chain history (earnings, stake, slashing) is public and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.
6. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page and in our community channels.
8. Contact
Privacy questions should be sent through the official ALPENGLOW contact channel.
